A decade ago when I first started cooking, little did I imagine that cooking would one day become my creative outlet. The flavors, the colours, the taste, the distinct smell- cooking is like painting on a white canvas. We have a million variety of food today because of the love for cooking and the zest to create something new. Cooking amuses and amazes me ☺ It’s amazing how a minuscule ingredient can give a plate full of flavor. It’s amazing how a tinge of salt can make a mountain of a difference. It’s amazing how a li’l chilli has a bag of flavors It’s amazing how a spoonful of sugar can make us happy I cook for the love of food and for the love of feeding people! It gives me food-filment ☺
