Kesar Pista Kulfi

Kulfi- The quintessential Indian dessert! The joy of devouring into a cone of kulfi or the traditional Matka kulfi is a joy altogether. Making this dessert at home is quite easy. Made of milk and added flavors, here is the recipe for Kulfi

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Freezing Time: 6-8 hours

Makes: ~15


Evaporated Milk – 1 can – 14 Oz

Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 can – 14 Oz

Heavy Cream – 1/2 cup

Pistachios – 2 Tbsp

Saffron / Kesar – few

Materials needed – Ice Pop Mould


In a mixing bowl, add the evaporated milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk.

Mix well before adding the chopped pistachios and saffron. Mix well.

Pour this into the ice pop mould and freeze for 6 to 8 hours or till frozen well.
