Salad Wrap with Spicy tofu dressing

Every day is a new opportunity to have a fresh start! On this note – New Year wishes to you all! Happy 2019!

The past year has been a silent one in terms of blogging because I somehow went into a creative block. I could not get myself to organize my time for the blog with the kid, classes, household chores, photography, and travel.

But no complaints, because the break was a much needed one! I got to travel a lot, see new places and got a chance to improve my photography skills!

So, here is my first post on the first week of the new year!

This recipe is inspired by my love for salads and the fact that roti is part of the everyday meal in my household. The spicy tofu dressing is the protein portion of the meal and the inspiration for this is the simple tomato peanut chutney 😛

So presenting to you, the SALAD WRAP – with TOFU DRESSING!

Wholesome meal – Protein and nutrients packed wrap!
