Wheat flour Dosa is yet another instant breakfast recipe. It’s very easy to make, it’s quick and it’s perfect for a day when you want to spend exactly 20 minutes in your kitchen 🙂
This dosa was something my mom would whip up and give us as an after school evening snack. Most of the recipes that I know and cook on a day to day basis are the ones that I learnt from my mom. So I owe my cooking passion to her 🙂
Here is the recipe for instant Godhi (Kannada word for wheat) Dosa / wheat flour dosa.

Asofoetida – a little
Salt – as per taste
FOR TEMPERING:
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – few – chopped
METHOD:
Mix everything (except onion and coriander leaves) together in a blender or mixer to a batter consistency.

Make sure to add more buttermilk or sooji to maintain the consistency.
Add chopped onions and coriander leaves.
Add the tempering of mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves to the batter.

Heat the dosa pan, pour 2 laddles of the batter and spread it evenly.

Cook till done on both sides.
