So, here is the recipe for a quick snack – Green beans Fritters
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 3 to 4 people
Green Beans – about 15 to 20 medium sized
Gram flour – 1/2 cup
Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 1/2 cup or more
Oil – for deep frying
Wash and prep the green beans to bite size pieces. Keep it aside.
In a bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
Now, add water slowly and mix well. The batter consistency should be thick enough to coat the vegetable for frying.
In a deep bottom pan, heat the oil for frying.
Once the oil is hot, coat the beans with gram flour and deep fry till golden brown.
Enjoy these tasty fritters with a hot cup of coffee or chai 🙂
