Here is a no-cook dessert recipe which can be made under 30 minutes. It’s melt in the mouth texture is sure to leave you asking for more.
This laddu recipe is one among the various laddus my mom makes during Shri Krishna Janmashtami 🙂
So, here comes the recipe for roasted gram laddu 🙂

Preparation and making time: 30 minutes
Makes: 15-18 laddus
Roasted Gram – 1.5 cups
Sugar – 1 cup(or more if needed)
Ghee – 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
Powder the roasted gram and sugar in a mixer or blender.
In a large mixing bowl, add the powdered contents and cardamom powder.
Next, add the melted ghee at intervals and mix well.
Now take small portions of the mix and roll into ball shaped laddus.
Your quick fix to your sweet craving is ready to be devoured 🙂
