Strawberry Pops

This pop is dedicated to my Son 🙂 Since he does not eat Yogurt at all, I try to use curd/Yogurt in various other ways which makes it appealing to him. This time I tried something he totally loves eating. Strawberry pops with Yogurt.

This recipe has only three ingredients which makes it easy to make, quick and super tasty.

INGREDIENTS:

Strawberries – 5 to 6 – Pureed

Thick Yogurt / Curd – 2 to 3 tbsp

Sugar – 2 tsp (or as per the sweetness required)

METHOD:

Mix the pureed strawberries, Yogurt and sugar well.

Pour the mix into the pop mould. You can fill it completely or if you want small portions of the pop, fill the mould just a little more than half.

(I use the wilton’s Silicone classic pop mould. You can buy these from any stores or from amazon – http://amzn.to/1LjnkDl)

Before freezing, place the pop sticks on each of the mould filled with the mix.

Freeze the pops for about 3-4 hours or until it freezes completely.

Remove the pops from the mould and enjoy it yourself or serve with love 🙂

Kids will totally love the taste and the texture of this pop. Make sure you dont add too much sugar because that might reduce the flavor of the fruit.
