Tomato Gojju

“I cook for the love of food and for the love of feeding people” – This is true about me and my passion for cooking! I do not cook fancy meals, but I enjoy a simple meal when accompanied by loved ones. Our dining area is a favorite place in the house for us to bond with friends over delicious snacks/meal or even a simple adrak wali chai!

I have been away from my blog, social networking sites past few months and that is because I was spending time with people back home in India and then some wonderful time with friends/family here at home.  All along, I have never been away from my passion – cooking and photography 🙂

Here is an addition to the list of easy day-to-day recipes. Tomato Gojju (curry) which I learned from one of my aunts during my visit to India. This curry goes really well with dosas and chapathis. Go give it a try!
